A great opportunity has become available for an experienced dental assistant to join our team at Redhead Family Dental.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of one year experience in private dental practice.
The position is for 3 days a week (Wed – Fri, appr. 20 hrs pw) initially with the potential to increase in the future.
Great working environment in a modern boutique dental practice.
Suited for a motivated individual who is a team player, friendly, with a bubbly personality, a helpful attitude and good communication skills.
Experience with Dental4Windows software is highly desirable.
Level 3 dental assisting certificate preferred but not mandatory.
Good knowledge in sterilisation and infection control procedures required.

Great news! Most restrictions on dental treatment due to the Coronavirus situation have been lifted now.
To keep everyone safe we have also introduced a few extra safeguards to exclude any risks.

It is safe now to get your regular check-up and clean done, or the filling or crown that needed to be deferred.
We are open for all treatment that you may require and are looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Very good read...

Do you really need a dental clean every six months? Most healthy people will probably be OK if they go anually. But some people are at higher risk of cavities or gum disease, and should go more often.
