This patient underwent a comprehensive course of dental treatment, including:

• Root canal treatment on tooth 13 following infection, pain and swelling
• Multiple zirconia and Emax crowns to restore damaged and compromised teeth
• Composite restorations to treat areas of decay
• Replacement and adjustment of crowns where needed to achieve a better fit
• An occlusal splint to help protect her teeth
• Ongoing regular examinations and monitoring

The treatment focused on restoring the affected teeth, improving their function and providing long term protection.

This before-and-after shows how carefully planned restorative and endodontic treatment can help rebuild a healthy, functional smile.

Sometimes the best smile transformation starts with deciding what not to remove.

Paul’s case was a great example of why every full mouth rehabilitation needs to be carefully planned around the individual, not just the treatment being requested.

Although his smile had experienced significant wear from years of grinding, his remaining teeth still had a strong foundation. So instead of replacing everything, we focused on rebuilding what could be preserved and using implants only where they were genuinely needed.

With his dental anxiety also taken into consideration, we were able to complete his treatment comfortably and give him back the ability to eat, smile and enjoy life with confidence.

A beautiful result does not always mean replacing everything. Sometimes, it means knowing what is worth keeping.

This smile transformation started with a simple concern: discoloured and mis shaped upper front teeth.

The patient first came to us wanting to explore his options and had initially been considering veneers he had seen online. Before moving ahead, we took the time to assess the teeth, discuss the different treatment options, and carefully consider the long term prognosis of each tooth.

One of the upper front teeth had a large, deteriorating composite restoration and required particular attention. We discussed the option of treating this tooth with a crown, as well as the possibility of treating the broader smile for a more consistent aesthetic result.

After diagnostic planning, photographs and an intraoral scan, we proceeded with the treatment. The final result involved a combination of Emax veneers and a zirconia crown, carefully planned to work together as one smile.

The goal was not simply to make the teeth look different, but to create a natural, balanced result while respecting the existing tooth structure and individual smile.

This patient presented wanting to replace teeth that had become severely compromised beneath her existing crowns.

After a comprehensive assessment, different treatment options were discussed, including conventional dentures, partial dentures and implant-supported solutions. Following careful planning, she proceeded with full-arch implant rehabilitation of both the upper and lower jaws.

An OPG was taken as part of the treatment process to assess the jaws and implant sites. Multiple implants were then strategically placed to support her new upper and lower bridges.

Her treatment involved several stages, including healing and reviews, impressions, bite and shade selection, try-ins, aesthetic adjustments and the final insertion of her implant-supported bridges.

The final result reflects a carefully planned, personalised approach to full-arch implant treatment, with the aim of restoring both function and aesthetics.
