Our team here at Park Terrace Dental is growing so we are looking for a receptionist and a dental assistant to join our small, professional and caring team.

Dental/Medical experience is preferred but not essential.

The position is casual/part-time with the opportunity to move into full time for the right person. Above Award remuneration.

Meet Dr. Tan Chau – Principal Dentist and Owner of Park Terrace Dental

We are delighted to introduce Dr Tan Chau, the new owner and principal dentist at Park Terrace Dental. With nearly 30 years of experience learning the latest technology in cities and serving small regional communities, Dr Chau brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice.

Over the course of his career, he has refined his skills across all areas of dentistry, including general family dentistry, cosmetic dental treatments as well as Invisalign. Dr Chau also embraces a holistic and functional approach to oral health, recognising the important connection between the teeth, the mouth and the overall wellbeing of the body.

While his clinical expertise is extensive, what truly sets Dr Chau apart is his warm and caring nature. Known for his gentle approach (and humour, he likes to add), Dr Chau is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their dental journey.

We are looking for an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our team!!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments
- Answer telephone, emails and direct enquiries
- Processing of patient payments
- As you progress you will be given additional responsibilities

Experience & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in dental/medical front desk essential.
- Ability to show initiaive
- Loves working in a supportive team

Excellent Hourly Rate $$ - negotiable based on experience
No weekend work
