ADS update 🤍 We’ve been a little quiet on socials while I found my feet through a pretty big season behind the scenes… but we’re back, baby 😅

The honest truth is that stepping further into the leadership of ADS has been both daunting and incredibly rewarding.

I’ve always felt most confident caring for patients. Managing people, making difficult decisions and having the tougher conversations? That has taken some growing into. I still overthink things and wonder whether I’m getting it right, but I care deeply about our team, our patients and protecting the heart of what Chris and I created.
Thankfully, I have the most beautiful team around me, and they’ve made this transition so much easier than I imagined.

There’s so much happening at ADS, and I’m genuinely excited about where we’re heading. I can’t wait to introduce the wonderful new faces joining our little family over the coming weeks 🤍
