We have an exciting new addition coming soon to the Murray Dental Care family. We are pleased to announce that Dr Timothy Braun will be joining our dental family 🦷

Tim brings a gentle and caring approach to his dentistry. He takes the time to work with you to meet your goals and make sure that your needs are met. He is easy to talk to and enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level. Tim, in his spare time, is always continuing his education and making sure he is up to date with all the latest Australian standards. Tim has come to join us from Bunbury and has been working under a highly trained specialist dental provider meaning that Tim has come from this with some extra knowledge and tricks up his sleeve!

Tim was trained at the University of Western Australia and joins our excellent team of all Australian trained providers. At Murray Dental Care we have always been committed to providing our patients with the best care and this means taking on providers that are trained to the highest standards found in Australia.

We waited and we listened for the right candidate to join our team. We turned down multiple applicants to wait for someone like Tim and we couldn't be more pleased to welcome him in. 🥰

Well it has been a long journey but she has done it!

Congratulations to our gorgeous dental assistant Bethany on completing her Certificate III and IV in dental assisting! 🦷

Bethany came to us with no experience in the industry and has worked tirelessly to become an integral part of our family.

Beth is such a hard worker who always has a smile on her face. She brings such joy to us all and we can't imagine our clinic without her.

If you see Beth around the clinic or talk to her over the phone we hope you will take the time to say congratulations!

A huge thank you and shout out to Yang from TerryWhite Chemmart Pinjarra for coming to the clinic and administering our flu vaccinations!

Working in healthcare and in close proximity with people makes it vital for us to be protected against the flu. By protecting ourselves we are in turn protecting our patients!

It was extremely generous of Yang to take time out of his day to see us so of course we provided coffee and cake to enjoy.

Did you know that flu vaccinations are free for the months of May and June? TerryWhite are taking walk-ins so there is no need to book an appointment! Pop in or give them a call on (08) 9531 2436 for more information.

As we have been avid advertisers in the Murray House Resource Centre Community Newsletter, we are saddened to hear that the last issue of the paper will be next month. 😭The team do an amazing job at the centre and we are just devastated.

Given this, we have decided to make a noticeboard of our own!! This will be open to all local business, charities or those wishing to advertise community events. Having a spot on the board will be free to everyone, and you don't need to be a patient to submit something. 🥰

To keep this board going and keep it under control, we reserve the right to put up what we deem to be appropriate. If you would like advertise your business/charity/event on our board it needs to be small (max size as shown by the Jelly Tots Early Learning Centre flyer).

All advertisements or business cards will need to be handed in to reception for us to display at our discretion. This will prevent the board from being overloaded and things will be fairly cycled.

Once we get a few new additions we will take a photo and post on our Facebook about all the relevant happenings. We will try our hardest to do this periodically so that we can keep you all up to date.

We hope this will help to keep our wonderful community thriving.💙💚

Today we take the time to reflect and be thankful for what we have been given.

We honour those who have fought for us, bled for us and died for us.

We remember the great sacrifice that those still living and those passed have made so that we can live as we do today.

We are grateful to be where we are.

We will be closed on Monday 27/04 in observation of the ANZAC day public holiday.

As the person behind the Murray Dental Care page (practice manager Hannah) I don't often talk about myself and I am not the sort of person to try and brag about my job but this will be my one exception to the rule!

I am so excited to announce that we are now a HCF, Medibank Members Choice and HIF Choice Network Provider. 🥳

I have been trying for the last THREE YEARS 😰 to have our clinic as part of some of these networks. It is extremely hard to get in to these networks as they are often at their capacity.

For three years I have plead our case and have finally succeeded for our patients. I am so over the moon! 🤩

I always try my hardest to provide our patients with the best care possible and I feel this is just another vital step in that. 💙💚

We hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend! We spent some of ours at the clinic giving our waiting area a bit of a spruce up.

Our very clever Dr Chris has made a special table using some offcuts from our reception desk to better fit our space. We also had our quality control officer, Riley, making sure that it is up to her standard (from her smile I'd say it is). 🤩

We love doing things to improve the practice and make it feel more like home for our wonderful patients and staff.

PS. I tried to do a spin on the song ain't no rest for the wicked by Cage the Elephant but I think their version will always be the best 🤣
