As we move to the first bounce down for the season, your mouthguard is one item players don't consider as important as it is. Leave your mouthguard impression until a week or two before you start*. That way the mouthguard will be a more comfortable fit, than getting your guard too early. There may be tooth changes if you get the guard too early, causing the mouthguard to be uncomfortable when the season starts. (* Providing you have last years for training)

Time to look at your Mouthguards needs before the end of the year. Your healthfund will possibly reset on the 1st of January. Usually one mouthguard allocated every calendar year. so make your appointment today and get it done in 46 minutes before the end of 2020. Health Fund rebates may apply.
