🫧🪥Best toothpaste pre whitening: Sensodyne Complete care - contains potassium nitrate which helps to soothe the nerves of the teeth. Use at least 2 weeks (2x daily) prior to whitening.

🫧🪥Best paste for post whitening sensitivity:
GC Tooth Mousse - use a pea sized amount and rug onto whitened surfaces and leave on.

🫧🪥 Best toothpaste for between whitening treatments:
Colgate Optic white 5%hp - beware sensitivity with long term use. Helps to maintain results

🫧🪥 Best toothpaste to repel stains: Oral B Pro health - Contains Sodium Hexametaphosphate which stops stains from binding to the tooth surface

➕️ Also bonus points Oral B Pro Health for preventing calculs build up
