Replacing a Front Tooth with an Implant

One of the trickiest teeth to replace is a front one — get it wrong and everyone notices. 🦷

This upper front tooth (the 11) couldn't be saved, so Dr Hyun Soo Yu replaced it with a dental implant: a small titanium root set into the bone, then a custom crown shaded to match the tooth right beside it.

Swipe through the journey 👉 the failing tooth, the healing stage after it was removed, and the finished result about four months on. That last photo is the whole point — you'd never know.

Implants aren't right for everyone, so we always assess suitability in person first.
Individual results vary. Implant treatment takes several months and carries some risks — your dentist will talk you through it. Shared with our patient's consent.
