Dr Rohan has been working in private practice in Perth since 2013 and brings with him a wealth of experience across all areas of dentistry, with a particular passion for cosmetic dentistry, smile design, worn teeth rehabilitation, and full mouth reconstructions.

A fun fact — Dr Rohan graduated from the University of Western Australia in the same year as Dr Elmer Lee (Class of 2011), and shares the same philosophy of delivering dentistry in a caring, ethical, and transparent way.

With advanced training in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, Dr Rohan combines a gentle, informative approach with modern digital techniques to help patients achieve healthy, natural, confident smiles.

From veneers and smile makeovers to implants, Invisalign, worn teeth rehabilitation and general dental care, he is passionate about tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals, needs, and budget.

This case demonstrates the integration of Digital Smile Design (DSD) to address complex aesthetic and structural challenges. By utilizing a fully digital protocol, we achieved a predictable transition from aged restorations to a unified, biocompatible outcome.

The patient presented with deteriorating composite resin bondings and existing implant sites. Our primary objective was to harmonize these disparate elements while improving the overall facial proportions and functional longevity.

DSD Analysis: Precise digital mapping to determine the ideal tooth morphology and gingival symmetry.

Restorative Transition: Controlled removal of existing resins to prepare for high-strength ceramics.

Final Restoration: Utilization of precision-milled Zirconia for both veneers and implant crowns, ensuring a seamless aesthetic match and superior structural integrity.

The resulting restorative balance highlights the efficacy of a guided digital workflow in achieving high-fidelity dental outcomes.
