Welcome to Hill End 🏕️

Gold-mining history, dirt roads and kids running wild , this beautiful historic Central West town was FUN to visit.

We packed up the family for a few days camping and enjoyed the historic buildings, abundant wildlife, wide open spaces and plenty to explore.

A fun family getaway if you’re after something special without travelling too far from home.

Holiday update from one of the most breathtaking places on earth, Machu Picchu! 🇵🇪.

Taking a little time to slow down and soak in the magic of Machu Picchu with my family has been a profoundly meaningful experience. Being here has felt deeply personal, a chance to walk through a place so rich in history while reconnecting with my maternal Peruvian heritage and sharing that connection with my little family, which is a bit surreal.

There's something incredibly special about standing in a place like this and feeling both the beauty of the breathtaking landscape and the pull of my roots.

I'm leaving with a fuller heart, beautiful memories, and a deep appreciation for this culture.

Sending a warm hello to my little patients, families, and referring dentists back home! 🦷

Dental fun fact: Long before modern toothbrushes, people in the Andes are believed to have cleaned their teeth using chewing sticks and natural plant fibers to help maintain good oral hygiene.
