Wellness Dental Orange is looking for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist / Practice Manager
Are you passionate about dental care and customer service? Wellness Dental is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist / Practice Manager. As a pivotal member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Position: Dental Assistant / Receptionist / Practice Manager
Responsibilities:
Dental Assistant: Assist the dentist during dental procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments.
Receptionist: Greet patients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls and emails, handle patient inquiries, and maintain front desk operations.
Practice Manager/Business manager: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental office (experience requirements may vary based on the specific role).
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient care best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in dental software systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications or degrees are advantageous).
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards patients.
