Our dental practice has been part of the Ocean Grove community for over 30 years and is conveniently located on Ocean Grove’s main street.

We’re pleased to share that the practice has expanded, now offering appointments across four fully equipped treatment rooms, with an additional dentist joining our team, providing a range of dental services.

This expansion allows us to improve appointment availability while continuing to provide professional dental care for individuals and families in the local area.

Our team is committed to delivering dental services in a respectful, professional, and comfortable environment.

🎃 Dr. Sam’s Halloween Survival Kit! 🦷🍫

👻 Eat it all at once!
Every time you eat candy, your mouth becomes acidic for about 30 minutes. Limiting the number of “acid attacks” on your teeth, is key to avoid those spooky cavities away! 😱

🍫 Pick chocolate over sticky stuff!
Chocolate melts away quickly, sticky or chewy lollies love to cling to your teeth! Drink plenty of water to rinse off the sugar. 💧

🧀 Snack smart after sweets!
Eat acid-fighting foods like cheese 🧀, nuts 🥜, veggies 🥕 or sugar-free yogurt 🥣 to help balance your mouth’s pH.

⏳ Wait before brushing!
Sip water and wait at least 30 minutes before brushing. Brushing too soon can push acid into your enamel! 🪥
