Did you know ?? The enamel on the top surface of the tooth is the hardest part in your entire body ?
However .. Scrubbing your teeth when brushing can still wear down enamel over time. 😯 If your enamel erodes it is irreversible, this is why it is very important to brush in circles and use an extra soft toothbrush 🦷 🤓

Did you know ? ..... Using a toothbrush cover doesn’t protect the toothbrush and bristles from bacterial growth, but actually creates a environment where bacteria is better suited to grow by keeping the bristles moist ?? 🦷 🧼

As we all know Crocodiles have big sharp teeth but did you know that when a crocodile loses a tooth, it is quickly replaced by a new tooth ? 🦷

They can go through 8000 teeth over a lifetime! 😳

If only adults could grow another tooth when we loose one! How amazing would that be 😂😁

Did you know that when you have braces that there are three very important steps you should follow when brushing your teeth ? 🤷‍♀️😃

1.Always brush above the wire

2.Always brush below the wire

3.Always brush in between the wire

These steps are very important to follow when brushing with braces as food tends to build up a lot more and things seem to get caught up in between the brackets 😱

Also always remember to visit your generally dentist for your six monthly check up to make sure your oral hygiene is up to scratch 🦷 😁✨
