WE ARE HIRING !!!

OFD is looking for a capable, positive and genuinely caring person to join our team as our full-time 2IC.

This is an important hands-on role for someone who enjoys supporting others, solving problems and helping a busy dental practice run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our practice owners while also being a trusted point of support for the wider team.

The role will include:

- Supporting and guiding our dental and reception teams
- Coordinating rosters and the day-to-day running of the practice
-Assisting with reception, accounts and debtors
-Keeping our systems, procedures and practice manuals up to date
-Communicating openly and helping resolve concerns
- Stepping in wherever needed to keep the day running well -including chair side.
- Helping us maintain a positive workplace where our patients always come first

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident with taking responsibility.

Dental experience and previous leadership or senior reception experience (with Dentally or Exact)would be highly regarded.
