Sometimes old restorations chip. Replacing a single tooth to match it to other teeth is quite difficult. This case was rewarding. The preparation was conservative (no little ā€œnubsā€) and the patient was happy with a wonderful outcome!

Dental Health Week 2026 continues! Gen Z - this is for you. Wisdom comes earlier than you think šŸ¦· šŸ¤“- especially when we talk about Wisdom Teeth! Not all wisdom teeth cause problems. Some will come through like a normal tooth. Some will stay unerupted and you may not even know they are there. However some may try to come through and cause problems ranging from difficulty to clean, bad breath, tooth decay, localised gum inflammation and occasionally a full-blown infection.
