Congratulations to this young man - a 5 year journey finally complete after multiple traumas. Ortho by .

Most interestingly this young man had his front tooth that needed to be extracted replaced with his own premolar tooth! This treatment was done several years ago in the Eastern States prior to his arrival in WA.

Treatment Performed between before and after photos: minor gum lift and composite resin on two front teeth.

Photo taken 2 weeks after treatment.

All treatment specified performed by Dr Giancarla Graneri. General Dentist (DEN0001580807). Images shared with patient consent.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation prompted by a failing front tooth.

This was a complex treatment due to the severe deep and uneven bite. The patient was not interested in orthodontics.

Main Treatment: extraction of a front tooth, early implant placement and bone grafting (about 6 weeks after extraction) and simultaneous crown lengthening surgery (CLS). Prior to the CLS the gum of the lateral incisor was so low that there was no tooth visible during smiling, it looked like the lateral incisor was missing.

Then we got stuck in a temporary phase where there was insufficient space for the restorative material due to the severe deep bite (the lower anterior teeth biting onto the upper palate gum). We moved to a full mouth approach and increased the bite with a combination of onlays and crowns. Finished with a night guard.

Ceramic work front teeth and right molars . Thank you for your amazing work! Surgery, composite veneer on the front left lateral incisor, lower anteriors and ceramic-composite hybrid onlays by me and the Cerec.

After photos are 3 months after ceramic inserts.

Cosmetic dental treatment to manage different colours and sizes of the teeth using layered zirconia.

Amazing patient, amazing lab support. I was thinking emax initially but the dark stumps and conservative preps meant Zirconia was a better option. Thank you for your amazing work.

I used for the initial smile design.

Main Treatment: Whitening, ceramic crowns and veneers, night guard.

Before and after images taken 5 months apart. About 20 hours of clinical time.
