Do you have a set of perfectly white chompers? 🦷

Having a perfect smile doesn't mean your oral hygiene is up to scratch. On the flipside, crooked or yellow teeth doesn't necessarily equal an unhealthy mouth.

Keep your teeth and gums healthy by:
🦷 Flossing once a day before brushing
🪥 Brushing twice daily - spit instead of rinsing after brushing
🧃 Reducing the amount of sugary foods and drinks you consume
🚰 Drinking plenty of tap water

No matter what your teeth look like, it's impossible to tell how healthy your mouth is, unless you visit your dentist. 😁👍

Hughs first visit to the dentist went very smoothly. He loved getting his teeth counted, examined and cleaned. After his visit, he was excited to show everyone his big bright smile!
Fun fact - Hugh and Honor's mum first saw Dr. Burton when she was 4 years old too!
