Attend your check-up and clean every six months.
Your appointment must be attended within two weeks before or two weeks after your scheduled six-month recall date.
At each eligible six-monthly visit, you'll receive one complimentary tube of professional teeth whitening gel.
If your appointment falls outside the permitted recall window, your White for Life benefits will cease.
