With decades of experience as a dental assistant, Deb brings so much energy, kindness and laughter to our team. She's always ready with a smile, a chat or a joke, and has a way of making patients feel right at home.

Whether she's assisting our clinicians, encouraging the team to join her lunchtime walk, or helping our patients feel comfortable and settled, Deb brings positivity to every day.

Her caring nature and infectious enthusiasm make her a favourite with both our patients and our team, and we're so lucky to have her at Junction Village Dental.

Meet Molly – the person we all rely on!

If you've visited Junction Village Dental, chances are you've already met Molly.

As our Practice Manager, she's the one keeping everything on track. Whether she's welcoming patients, helping the team, juggling a busy day or sorting out the unexpected, Molly always seems to have it under control.

Around the practice, we all joke that Molly is an old person trapped in a young person's body! 😂 While the rest of us might be planning a night out, she's happiest at home and in bed by 9pm.

Molly's caring nature, willingness to help and ability to solve just about any problem make her an invaluable part of our team. We honestly don't know what we'd do without her and we're so grateful she's part of the Junction Village Dental family.

But behind every great clinician is an incredible team.

Our dental assistants and practice manager are the people who keep everything running behind the scenes. From preparing surgeries and maintaining the highest standards of infection control to welcoming patients, helping them feel at ease and assisting throughout treatment, they play an essential role in every visit.

Their care, kindness and dedication help create the welcoming experience our patients know and love.

💚 Meet Dr Brian

With over 20 years of experience, Dr Brian has built a reputation for creating smiles that are both beautiful and built to last.

Easy-going, approachable and down-to-earth, Dr Brian has a knack for making patients feel comfortable from the moment they sit in the chair. He believes great dentistry doesn't need to be complicated just honest advice, quality treatment and taking the time to do the job properly.

Dr Brian enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with particular expertise in cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatment and denture care.

Outside the practice, you'll often find Dr Brian out on his bike or putting his handy skills to work as our unofficial "Mr Fix It." 🚴🔧

We're incredibly lucky to have Dr Brian's experience, dedication as part of the Junction Village Dental team.

From the moment you meet Dr Heather, it's easy to understand why she's become such a favourite with our patients.

With her calm, gentle nature and meticulous approach, Dr Heather takes the time to ensure every patient feels comfortable, listened to and cared for. Never one to rush, she believes that quality dentistry starts with patience, attention to detail, and building trust.

Whether you're feeling a little nervous or simply appreciate someone who explains things clearly and works with care, Dr Heather's quiet confidence helps put patients at ease.

Outside the practice, you'll often find Dr Heather out for a run or searching for Newcastle's best coffee, or teaching the next generation of dental students at university.

Meet Jess!

When Jess became the owner of Junction Village Dental, she had one clear goal: to create the kind of dental practice she'd want her own family to visit.

A place where patients feel welcomed, appointments never feel rushed, children ( and adults) actually look forward to coming in, and every person leaves feeling genuinely cared for.

That philosophy is at the heart of everything we do.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys life's simple things, time with family, a good hot chocolate, and plenty of dachshund cuddles.
