Upper and lower All-On-4 Plusยฎ treatment, completed by Dr Fong.
Where teeth across both arches are failing, worn or already missing, replacing the full arch may be considered rather than treating each tooth individually. Treating both arches together means the bite can be planned as a whole, since the upper and lower teeth need to function against one another.
All-On-4 Plusยฎ uses four or more implants per arch to support a fixed bridge. The implants are angled to make use of the available bone, which is central to how the technique works.
Suitability depends on bone volume, gum health, general medical history and what the clinical assessment and 3D imaging show. Where bone volume is insufficient, grafting may be required, which lengthens the treatment sequence.
Full arch treatment of this scale is staged over a period of time rather than completed in one visit. Treatment plans, healing intervals and results vary from person to person.
A decision worth taking slowly, starting with a proper assessment.
