What does this entail you may ask?
✨ our front desk will walk you through everything including finding out repayments prior to submitting an application!

✨we provide you with a quick and easy application form that you fill out with us.

✨our receptionist will put through the application online (this takes less than 5 minutes).

✨ once approved, treatment can be started immediately, and your first payment is not due until 2 weeks from time of approval!
