Procedure: Custom Porcelain Veneers (Replacing failing composite resin)

Case Details: Correction of previous composite resin veneers that had become stained and chipped over time. In this cosmetic dentistry case, custom porcelain veneers were designed to replace the older restorations and rejuvenate the patient’s smile.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation was completed using composite resin to restore function and aesthetics. This restoration was performed to address severe tooth wear, multiple fractured fillings, and bite collapse.

The after photo was taken 24 hours after completion of treatment to allow for initial gum adaptation and final polishing.

This patient underwent a comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation to restore function, strength, and smile aesthetics. Treatment included upper and lower anterior resin crowns for natural appearance, combined with zirconia porcelain crowns on the molars to provide long-term strength and durability.
Minor gum surgery was performed to enhance aesthetics and create balanced, healthy gum contours.

A detailed smile design process was completed before treatment, and all crowns were digitally designed and fabricated in-house using advanced CEREC CAD/CAM technology, ensuring precision, accuracy, and a customized result. The outcome is a brighter, more harmonious smile with improved bite function and facial balance.

A fixed titanium bar and fixed prosthetic teeth were placed on four strategically positioned upper implants to restore the patient’s missing upper teeth. The patient had lost all his upper teeth and could not wear a full denture due to a strong gag reflex. After a healing period of approximately 3 months and temporary try-ins to refine aesthetics and achieve a stable bite, the final upper All-on-4 prosthesis was fitted.
