Receptionist

You Make Me Smile in Wodonga is looking for a dental receptionist, who is willing to learn, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism, and the right work attitude. Good work ethic and competency are prerequisites. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration.

We are looking for applicants that have availability 8 days per month on a set roster. This role would be perfect for a Mum returning to the workforce. Some flexibility needed to cover sick and personal leave of other staff.

Employment term: 12 months maternity leave position.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and welcoming them to our practice.
Collecting and entering patient details in the database.
Scheduling appointments.
Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
Administration support and other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate:
Exceptional customer service skills with previous skills an advantage.
Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
Detail-orientated.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team, and independently.
Neat and professional presentation.
