"I'm back again for round 3, and this time I'm going to step things up a notch. In the previous 2 years, I rode the 145km (90 mile) Otway Classic. This year though, it's the big one. I'm going to take on the 204km (126 mile) Otway Epic.
It is going to be a challenge. It will be the furthest I've gone in a single hit and it's not just the distance. There are 2372m of climbing - that's equivalent to climbing Britain's highest peak, Ben Nevis, and then continuing for another kilometre straight up.

For the memory of the great lady, daughter, sister and aunty we push ourselves further."
