❗Important Notice for Our Patients ❗
Earlier today, our Gmail account was compromised, and some patients may have received an email asking them to open a folder, click a link, or download an attachment.
Please do not open the folder, click any links, or download any attachments from this email.
We would like to reassure our patients that this incident is limited to our Gmail account and only affects the email addresses stored within that account. Our practice management database is completely separate, isolated, and protected, and has not been affected by this incident. No other personal or medical information has been accessed or leaked.
If you have already opened the file, clicked a link, or downloaded an attachment from the email, we recommend running trusted antivirus or malware detection software on your computer/device as a precaution. We also recommend changing the password to your email account, particularly if you entered your login details after clicking a link.
We are working closely with our IT team, who have confirmed there is no ongoing security risk at this time. Our systems remain secure, and we are continuing to monitor the situation carefully.
If any further action is required, we will contact affected patients directly with clear instructions.
We understand messages like this can be concerning, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve the issue. The safety and privacy of our patients remains extremely important to us, and our team is here to assist with any questions or concerns.
Please feel free to contact us directly via phone if you need assistance.
