4 days. Lots of learning. Plenty of hands-on practice. 🦷✨

Dr Vicky is back from an intensive four-day dental masterclass, sharpening her skills in precision preparation, minimally invasive dentistry and aesthetic restorations.

A big thank you to Dr Maxim Belograd for an inspiring few days of learning and hands-on training!

Now, back to Melbourne C*D with plenty of fresh knowledge to bring into practice. 🙌

💛 R U OK? Day matters.

It's a powerful reminder to pause and check in on the people around us.
A simple "Are you OK?" can open the door to a conversation that could truly change — or even save — a life.

You don't have to wait for a special day to ask. Every day is the right day to start a conversation.

If you're planning to reach out, remember A L E C, the four steps to a caring conversation:
👉🏻A: Ask - start with a gentle "Are you OK?"
👉🏻L: Listen - give them your full attention, without judgement
👉🏻E: Encourage action - support them in finding steps forward
👉🏻C: Check in - keep the connection going

Because sometimes, just knowing someone cares can lift a heavy weight.

💛 Remember, every conversation counts — with others, and with yourself. And if you or someone you know is struggling, please know that support is always available:
👉🏻 (13 11 14)
👉🏻 (1800 55 1800)
👉🏻 （1300 22 4636）
👉🏻 (1800 184 527)

This R U OK? Day, let's check in — with each other, and with ourselves. Because when we look after our wellbeing, we help build a stronger, healthier community for everyone.

I hope it won't be stressful tomorrow 🙏🏻🙏🏻
