Hi, it’s Alex here showing you how to use disclosing tablets.

Free disclosing tablets for all our patients to use at home to help assist dental home care during this covid 19 lockdown.

Disclosing tablets are chewable tablets that stain and make dental plaque on your teeth visible.

How to use:
- Brush your teeth before starting
- Chew on the tablet for 30 seconds, run your tongue along teeth to ensure all teeth are covered with solution
- Split out and rinse
- Look in the mirror and you will see, the dark purple is where plaque is still present.
- Brush again to removed plaque that you’ve missed
