That little tooth you can see? Itโ€™s a brand-new crown being made right here at DentalFit.

With our CEREC technology, we can design, mill and finish many crowns in-house - which means, in suitable cases, you can walk in with a tooth that needs restoring and walk out with your new crown ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐๐š๐ฒ.

No temporary crown.
No waiting weeks for the lab.
No second appointment just to fit in.

Just digital dentistry, made right here.

๐Ÿฆท A good first experience at the dentist can make a big difference.

We know the dental chair isn't necessarily everyone's favourite place - especially when you're little and everything is new, big and a bit strange.

So we don't expect kids to walk in, hop straight into the chair and be ready for a full check-up.

Sometimes, the first visit is just about having a look around.

Maybe they want to meet the dentist first. Maybe they want to check out the chair and have a little ride. Maybe they have 27 questions about every single thing in the room.

And honestly? That's okay.

At DentalFit, we take the time to get to know our little patients, explain things in a way they understand and help them feel comfortable at their own pace.

Because the goal isn't just to get through an appointment.

It's to help them build a positive relationship with looking after their teeth - hopefully for life. ๐Ÿ’š

Got a little one who's ready for their first visit? Come and say hi.

Because your familyโ€™s dental care shouldnโ€™t be about endless appointments, different days and juggling everyoneโ€™s schedule.

You donโ€™t wait until your body is injured to start looking after your body.

So why wait until something hurts to look after your teeth?

A professional clean isnโ€™t just about removing stains. Itโ€™s about preventing problems before they start and keeping your smile performing at its best.

Just like training, nutrition and recovery, consistency is what delivers long-term results.

Your future smile will thank you for the small habits you stick to today. ๐Ÿฆท๐Ÿ’š

You donโ€™t build fitness by training hard once a month. You build it by showing up consistently.

Your oral health works exactly the same way.

Flossing isnโ€™t about being perfect. Itโ€™s about giving your gums a little attention every day. Just a minute of consistency can help reduce plaque, prevent gum disease and keep your smile healthier for the long run.

Think of flossing as part of your daily routine, just like training, meal prep or getting enough sleep.

Small habits. Big results.

๐Ÿฆท Tonightโ€™s reminder: Before you head to bed, donโ€™t forget to floss! ๐Ÿ˜‰
