This case required a full-mouth reconstruction due to multiple areas of tooth breakdown, existing decay, and an unstable bite.
Rather than treating individual teeth in isolation, the plan was developed with a whole-mouth, long-term perspective to improve function, bite stability, and tooth longevity.
A combination of composite resin restorations and selective ceramic restorations was used to restore form and function while remaining conservative and economically appropriate at this stage.
This staged approach preserves tooth structure now, while allowing future upgrades to more durable ceramic materials as part of a long-term plan.
