Brushing straight after these can actually do more harm than good. 🪥
When you eat or drink something acidic, like citrus fruits, soft drinks, sports drinks or coffee, the enamel on your teeth temporarily softens. Brushing immediately can wear away that softened enamel over time.
Instead, try this:
• Rinse your mouth with water
• Wait 30–60 minutes
• Then brush as normal
This simple habit helps protect your enamel and reduce long-term sensitivity and wear.
