She didn't just organise a morning tea. She baked every single thing on that table.

Kira — our Practice Manager — came to us with an idea: host a Biggest Morning Tea to raise funds for Cancer Council. Then she went home and spent days in the kitchen making it a reality. Every brownie, every cookie, every slice and cupcake you can see in that photo — Kira made it herself.

Her target was $1,000. You all helped us raise $2,582.

To our patients, our families, and our friends who walked through our doors, donated, or simply cheered us on — this is what community looks like. We are genuinely, deeply grateful.

Kira, from every single one of us — thank you. What you gave to this cause, and to this team, went so far beyond what any of us expected.

Tomorrow morning, we're doing something a little different at Everwell Dental — and we'd love for you to be part of it.

We're hosting Australia's Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday 21st June, from 10:30am, right here at 36A Peel Street. There'll be tea, sweet treats, and great company — and every dollar raised supports Cancer Council Australia and the people impacted by cancer.

This one is personal for us. As a team, we've all walked alongside someone facing a cancer diagnosis — a parent, a close friend, a patient we care about deeply. It's a cause that doesn't feel distant to any of us.

So we wanted to do something. Even if it's just sharing a morning together and putting a few dollars toward the people who are fighting for better outcomes every single day.

No bookings needed. Just come as you are. Bring family, bring friends, bring a neighbour.

You've made it to Step 7 — and this is where everything comes together.

At this stage of your Lifetime Patient Journey, you'll be working closely with our Oral Health Therapist. If you're not sure what that means, you're not alone — it's one of the most misunderstood roles in dentistry, and one of the most important.

An Oral Health Therapist is a dual-qualified clinician trained in both dental therapy and dental hygiene. They're not just here to clean your teeth. They assess your gum health, identify early signs of disease, provide preventive treatments, and work with you on the habits and knowledge you need to protect your mouth for life.

Here's why Step 7 matters more than any other: everything we do in Steps 1 through 6 is designed to get your oral health to its best possible state. Step 7 is how we keep it there.

Without ongoing care, even the best dental work breaks down. Gum disease doesn't announce itself. Small problems become expensive ones. Step 7 is the system that catches things early, keeps your treatment lasting longer, and makes sure your health — not just your smile — stays on track for the rest of your life.

Your oral health is sorted. Now comes the part a lot of people have been quietly waiting for — the smile you actually want to see.

Step 4 of the Everwell Patient Journey is Smile Enhancement, and it's where Dr Cindy Yong's expertise in Aesthetic Dentistry really comes into its own.

This isn't about picking veneers from a catalogue. What Cindy does is closer to smile design — a process that starts with understanding your face, your proportions, and what you're hoping to feel when you look in the mirror. She looks at the tooth shape, shade, length, symmetry, and how your smile sits in your face at rest and when you laugh.

A lot of the work happens before anything is even placed. Trial smiles, digital mock-ups, conversations about shape and shade and symmetry, and often close collaboration with our in-house dental lab to make sure the final result has been seen and refined first. It's a considered process, not a quick fix.
