🌸✨ Braces-Friendly Recipe ✨🌸

Spring is here, and so are fresh, fruity treats! This Strawberry Yogurt Parfait is soft, creamy, and perfect for braces—no crunch, no sticky mess, just pure deliciousness. 🍓💙
Ingredients:
🥣 1 cup smooth yogurt (Greek or regular)
🍓 ½ cup fresh sliced strawberries (soft & ripe)
🍯 1 tsp honey (optional)
🌿 A sprinkle of soft granola or blended oats for texture
Directions:
1️⃣ Add a layer of yogurt to your glass.
2️⃣ Top with sliced strawberries.
3️⃣ Repeat layers and drizzle with honey.
4️⃣ Finish with a light sprinkle of soft oats.
