Discussions to replace a congenital missing tooth revolves around patients wants vs realistic options. Options such as a denture, implant or conventional bridge or even doing nothing were discussed. The patient eventually chose to have a bridge. Shade matching and good communication with the ceramist is the key

Our lovely patient wanted to improve her smile but wanted to keep certain aspects including a crown that we would ordinarily replace in these circumstances. However our patient was open to the idea of repairing her current denture so we could balance her smile. The heavily filled and compromised teeth required a combination of crowns and veneers. Sometimes meeting a patient's specific requirements and doing it well is a reward in itself

A case we completed a couple of years ago and just found the photos. Pointed incisors and misplaced canine and missing premolar. After careful planning a combination of veneers and an implant supported crown to completely transform her smile.

With careful planning and listening to our patients needs we gave him a smile he's always wanted. In conjunction with improved oral hygiene instruction we believe his smile will last the distance.

Replacement of the crowns and veneers to protect the exposed root surface. A slight change in shade along with planned teeth whitening to improve the overall appearance.

Refresh. 9 years ago we placed composite veneers on our patient who was known to grind his teeth. He slowly wore them down over almost a decade. Fast forward to 2026 he visited us again and decided to transition to a stronger material.
A series of design mockups were done by Dr Philip and eventually settled on this design that flows naturally with his smile.
Sometimes not all the teeth need to be touched to improve the smile. In this case 6 porcelain veneers were placed to improve the smile as well as blend in to his other teeth. A night guard will be replaced to protect the veneers long term
