The practice has been in existence for around 60 years under 3 different, independent owners. Without sales targets, productivity measures or shareholders, we are free to place patients and staff (who are really our extended family) as our top priority. Together, we provide Mackay's Implant Dentistry, and work with families to help minimise pain over the course of life.

✨ A Smile Transformation with a Collaborative Approach ✨

This patient consulted with Dr Daniella following previous orthodontic treatment, with the goal of taking their smile to the next level and creating a more balanced, harmonious result.

The treatment began with Dr Noy Gliksman performing crown lengthening. This carefully planned procedure helped establish the ideal gum proportions and foundation for the final smile. A healing period was then allowed before moving forward with the restorative phase.

Once the gums had healed, Dr Daniella Leonardi completed the upper ceramic crowns, creating a natural and balanced finish that complemented the patient's existing smile.

✨ A Smile Rebuilt – One Step at a Time ✨

Every smile has a story, and this incredible transformation is a perfect example of what's possible with careful planning, teamwork, and a personalised approach.

Our long-term patient had been visiting us on and off over the years to repair broken teeth as problems arose. In early 2025, we sat down together to discuss her long-term goals—to rebuild her smile, improve function, and finally say goodbye to her partial denture. Rather than continuing to treat individual issues, we developed a comprehensive treatment plan focused on achieving a healthy, functional, and confident smile for the future.

Together, we created a comprehensive treatment plan that included:

🦷 Invisalign treatment for just under 12 months to create the ideal foundation for her new smile.

🦷 Titanium crowns on the back teeth to restore strength and protect the molars for the future.

🦷 Upper ceramic bridge and crown work to restore both the appearance and function of her smile.

🦷 A dental implant on the upper left-hand side, expertly placed by Dr Noy and restored by Dr Daniella, replacing the missing tooth with a natural-looking, long-lasting solution.

By mid-2026, her treatment was complete—and the results speak for themselves.

Not only has her smile been beautifully transformed, but she now has a strong, functional bite and the confidence of no longer relying on a partial denture.

🤍 Wishing Dr Daniella All the Best! 🤍

As many of you may already know, our wonderful Dr Daniella Leonardi is now commencing her maternity leave as she prepares to welcome baby number three! 👶💕

We are so excited for Daniella and her family during this very special time and wish them all the love, happiness and precious moments that come with welcoming a new little one.

While Dr Daniella is away, please rest assured that our experienced team of dentists will continue to look after all of her patients with the same high standard of care you've come to expect.

If you are currently undergoing treatment with Dr Daniella or are due for your routine check-up and clean, our reception team will be happy to assist you in arranging appointments with one of our other wonderful dentists until she returns.
