Most people forget that toothbrushes don’t last forever! For the best oral health, you should replace yours every 3–4 months (or sooner if the bristles are frayed). Worn-out bristles don’t clean effectively and can even harbour bacteria.

👉 Time for a new one if:
• The bristles are splayed
• You’ve been sick recently
• It’s been over 3 months
