Bruxism, or tooth grinding, is a common side affect of stress- something we've had no shortage of in the recent past 😬

If you think you're grinding your teeth, mention it the next time you come in for a visit and we'll help you out!

Dentists report an uptick in broken fillings and cracked teeth – the result of tooth grinding. Treatment requires an open-minded approach.
