From “day of treatment” to a whole new smile journey, this beautiful before & after shows just how much can begin to change during the early stages of care.

Here at Lithgow Dental and Implant Centre, Dr. Robby Sehmi provides patients with same-day temporary teeth at the time of AO4 surgery - an approach not routinely included in all implant workflows. At just 2 weeks post-operatively, healing is progressing well, with tissues settling and the smile continuing its recovery journey. 💫

These temporary teeth aren’t just a placeholder - they form an important part of the staged treatment process, supporting comfort, function, and aesthetics while healing occurs and final restorations are planned.
