🦷 Patient Question: "Should I wear my dentures overnight?"

This is something we’re asked all the time — and our answer is:
It’s best to remove your dentures while you sleep.

Here’s why:
* Your gums need a rest – Wearing dentures 24/7 can lead to irritation and sore spots.
* Better hygiene – Removing them allows for proper cleaning and helps prevent infection.
* Healthier mouth – Taking dentures out overnight reduces the risk of fungal infections.

Our tip:
✔️ First, give your dentures a thorough clean with a denture cleaner like Shine.
✔️ Then soak them in Caldent for around 30 minutes.
✔️ Rinse, dry completely, and store in a dry container overnight.

This routine helps keep your dentures fresh and your mouth healthy — a small habit that makes a big difference!
