It’s Not Just What You Drink - It’s How Long You Drink It

Sipping a single sweetened iced coffee, softdrink or flavored water over hours exposes your teeth to continuous "acid attacks."
Your mouth needs about 30 minutes to recover its natural pH after sugar exposure. If you drink it over hours, your teeth remain in an acidic bath the entire time.

Drink your beverage in one sitting, rinse with plain water afterward, and give your mouth a break.
