We had a lovely visit today from some kids and their Educator in the Family Day Care sector! These adorable little tots giggled and asked questions as they tried the dentist chair and brushed the giant set of teeth - they even made the 'ch-ch-ch' brushing sound! It's so important for kids to learn about dental hygiene from a young age and to get used to visiting the dentist for a check up! A first check up is really just about meeting the dentist, sitting in the chair and having a bit of a chat and when the child feels comfortable we take a look in their mouth - no tools. Just to ease them in at their pace.
