Today was International Dog Day! 🐶🐾

We talk a lot about the people who make Kingston Beach Dental such a great team, but today the spotlight was on our team's dogs!

From enthusiastic welcomes and after-work walks to cuddles on the couch, these much-loved pups bring us all plenty of happiness, laughs and unconditional love. They’re a big part of life outside the practice and definitely deserve their moment in the spotlight.

Last Friday, our Oral Health Therapist Hannah visited St Aloysius Primary School to give a talk to some students for Dental Health Week! This year’s theme was “Back to the dentist!”, which focused on encouraging good habits and regular check-ups at every age. This is something that starts with getting kids comfortable and curious about their teeth early on. The students were fantastic, full of questions, and enjoyed completing their teeth themed colouring ins, as part of the Dental Health Week colouring competition we’ve been running. Keep your eye out as we’ll be announcing the winner tomorrow!

At Kingston Beach Dental we’re committed to providing quality and caring dentistry. One of the ways we’re able to do this is by investing in our team’s learning and professional development.

Recently, some of our team (Clinical Coordinator Simone, Operations Manager Chloe, and Principal Dentist Martyn) travelled to Brisbane to attend the Savvy Dentist Practice Max Conference. During the event they enjoyed engaging will dental professionals from practices around Australia. They also gaining valuable insights from Dr Jesse Green and our coach, Lisa. One of the key takeaways was the importance of having strong values. Values are what guide the team and the how we provide the highest quality experience to our patients.
