Good news for nib members!
From 15 October 2026, Dental at Keys is proud to be part of nib's First Choice No Gap dentist network.

That means eligible nib members with Extras cover can have their routine check-up and clean, including X-rays, with us at no out-of-pocket cost.

We’re proud to be an nib No Gap dental practice, offering eligible nib and nib partner brand members 100% back on preventative dental check-ups. T&Cs apply.
What does this mean for you?

- No gap on your check-up and clean. Eligible nib members pay nothing out of pocket for their routine preventative visit, including X-rays.
- Claim on the spot. Just bring your nib card (physical or digital) and we'll claim through HICAPS at the end of your appointment.
- Stretch your Extras further. Agreed rates on other common treatments can help reduce what you pay for the rest of your dental care.

Footy fans, this one's for you. Dental at Keys will be closed on Friday 25 September for the AFL Grand Final public holiday, and we'll also be closed on Saturday 26 September so our team can enjoy the long weekend with family and friends.
We'll be back to our usual hours on Monday 28 September, ready to look after your smile.
Need to book an appointment?
You can book online at any time over the weekend, or give us a call on 03 8899 6331 from Monday and our friendly team will be happy to help. If you leave a message while we're closed, we'll get back to you as soon as we reopen.
Having a dental emergency?
If you have severe facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, a knocked-out tooth or an injury to the face or jaw, please go to your nearest hospital emergency department or call 000. For toothaches or other concerns that can wait, rinse with warm salt water, take over-the-counter pain relief as directed on the packet, and contact us first thing Monday morning or book online anytime.
