Most patients ask the same few questions first, and rightly so.
The right treatment should feel clear, comfortable, and tailored to you from the beginning.
If you’ve been curious, starting with a conversation is always the best first step.

We are delighted to introduce Dr Evan Vlassopoulos to our team! Dr Evan graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011 with a Bachelor of Dental Science.

He enjoys the artistry and science of dentistry – using white fillings, porcelain crowns, blending colours and tints, to recreate teeth as nature intended. He also has a special interest in teeth alignment and the prevention of sleep and breathing disorders in children and adults.

Evan derives fulfilment from his relationships with his patients, sharing stories and laughter, and his ability to provide them with gentle care and make them smile.

Outside of dentistry, Evan loves dancing with his daughter, making his wife laugh, reading books and playing the piano.

Established over forty years ago, Q Dental treats patients like family. It’s no surprise that we have generations of families attending our practice because we’re dedicated to doing things right the first time. There are no easy shortcuts to having a dazzling, healthy smile.

Rushing dental treatment is never a good idea. At Q Dental, we do things differently. We don’t want our patients needing to come back for repairs. That’s why we make sure every appointment has enough time, so we can perform dental treatments to our exacting standards.

We are not going to tell you to totally avoid Chocolate over Easter. We still want you to have fun and enjoy the Easter festivities.

What we can do is give a few tips to help keep your teeth healthy over the Easter break.

1. Avoid consuming chocolate all day long. Choose when the kiddies (and yourself) can indulge in a treat.

2. Practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice daily and floss!

3. Check on the children’s oral home care especially prior to bed. Chocolate stuck in fissures and groves on their teeth and not properly removed is just asking for cavities. Be sure they are brushing properly.

4. Schedule a post Easter visit with one of our Hygienists or Oral Health Therapists. If you haven’t seen us within the last 6 months now is an excellent reason to come in.
