【ホームホワイトニング・キャンペーン】
「ホームホワイトニングとは」
歯科医院であなたの歯並びに合わせてカスタムメイドした専用トレイに薬剤を入れ、ご自宅で一定時間装着して少しずつ歯を明るくする方法です。トレイが個々の歯にしっかりフィットするため薬剤が均一に行き渡りやすく、歯面への負担を抑えながら自然なトーンアップを目指せます。
「料金」
ホームホワイトニング 通常 $580 → $480（$100 OFF）
※お口の状態や所要時間、必要なX線撮影の有無により同日実施が難しい場合は、必要に応じて、後日あらためてご来院いただく場合がございます。 ※必要なX線撮影は別途費用となります。
「対象・受診フロー（ご提供条件）」
ホワイトニングを安全・効果的に行うため、下記いずれかに該当する方が対象です。最終的な適応可否は、診察時に歯科医師／歯科衛生士がご案内します。
本キャンペーン予約日から過去3ヶ月以内に、当院でチェックアップ＆クリーニングを受診済みの方
→ ホームホワイトニングのみのご予約が可能です（お電話にて承ります）。
上記に該当しない方
→ まず、チェックアップ＆クリーニングをご受診ください。基本的には同日中にホワイトニングまで進められるよう調整し、適応が確認できた方は、同日（トレイの型取りまで）ご案内いたします。安全面や時間の都合、必要検査などにより同日が難しい場合のみ、後日あらためてご来院いただく場合がございます。

「利用規約」
対象：18歳以上
併用：他の割引・特典との併用不可（※ただし、チェックアップ＆クリーニング火曜割引は併用対象）
保険：主要プライベート保険に対応（対象処置はその場で申請可）
お支払い：当日に全額お支払いをお願いいたします。
「ホームホワイトニングに関する注意事項」
未治療のむし歯・歯周炎・強い知覚過敏がある場合は、先に診断・必要な治療を行ってから実施します。
人工歯（クラウン／ラミネートベニア／レジン充填など）は白くなりません。必要に応じて、漂白後に色合わせ・やり直しをご提案することがあります。
知覚過敏や一過性の歯肉刺激が生じることがあります。感じやすい方には短時間からの使用をご提案します。
ホームホワイトニングトレイの型取りは、診査結果や当日の所要時間により同日実施が難しい場合があります。必要に応じて、後日あらためてご来院いただく場合があります。
X線撮影が必要な場合は別途費用となります。

【Home Whitening Campaign】
What is Home Whitening?
Home whitening involves using a custom-made tray—designed to fit your teeth precisely—filled with whitening gel. You wear the tray at home for a set time each day to gradually brighten your smile.
Because the tray fits snugly, the gel is evenly distributed, helping to minimise stress on your teeth while achieving a natural tone-up.

Regular $580 → $480 ($100 OFF)
*If we are unable to complete the treatment on the same day due to your oral condition, the time required, or the need for X‑rays, we may kindly ask you to come back on another day.
*x-rays, if required, will incur an additional fee.
Eligibility & Flow
To ensure safe and effective whitening, this offer is available to patients who meet one of the following conditions. Final eligibility will be confirmed during your visit.
If you had a check-up & cleaning at our clinic within the last 3 months:
→You may book a home whitening campaign appointment directly (by phone).
If you have not had a check-up at our clinic within the last 3 months:
→Please book a check-up & cleaning first.
If you are suitable, we will aim to proceed with whitening (including tray impressions) on the same day.
If same-day whitening is not possible due to safety, time, or required tests, we will offer another appointment.

Eligibility: Age 18 and over
Discounts: Cannot be combined with other promotions (except the Tuesday check-up & cleaning offer)
Insurance: Accepted by major private health insurers (eligible procedures can be claimed on-site)
Payment: Full payment required on the day of treatment
Important Notes for Home Whitening
If you have untreated cavities, gum disease, or severe sensitivity, necessary treatment must be completed first.
Artificial teeth (e.g., crowns, veneers, resin fillings) will not whiten. In some cases, replacement or shade adjustment may be recommended after whitening.
Some patients may experience sensitivity or temporary gum irritation. If prone to sensitivity, shorter wear times may be suggested.
Tray impressions may not always be possible on the same day. If needed, we will schedule them for another day.
X-rays, if required, will incur an additional fee.
