That jaw ache probably isn't random.

Grinding, clenching, and stress all put pressure on your jaw joint, often without you realising it. Clicking, tightness, or waking up with a headache can all be signs of that pressure building up over time.

One of the ways we help manage it is with a custom occlusal splint, worn while you sleep, easing that pressure so your jaw actually gets a chance to recover.

If a tooth gets knocked out, the way you handle it can be the difference between saving it and losing it. Pick it up by the crown, never the root, and if you can, get it straight back into the socket. Can't manage that? Milk is your best friend here.
