Replaced an infected lower first molar—which had a failing root canal and a retained broken file—with an immediate implant, finishing with a custom crown 3 months later. Interestingly, I first met this patient to treat the exact same molar on the opposite side, where I also broke a file in the same canal but successfully retrieved it and saved the tooth! It's rewarding to see both sides now functioning well for this patient without any issues and he is very happy!

This patient’s previously root canal treated front tooth fractured below the gum line and required immediate implant placement and temporisation. We converted the patient’s existing crown into an immediate temporary crown, perfectly preserving their natural tissue architecture on day one. We placed the final crown after three months!🔩😁

Our practice is the most affordable for all treatment types. Check-up and clean at $249. Implant for single tooth starting at $2399 for implant and $1699 for implant crown. $3999 single implant package. All other treatments are also priced at discounted fee level.
