PSA: It’s the first day of winter, time to change your child’s toothbrush (especially if it’s looking as sad as the one on the left)! We recommend changing toothbrushes and toothbrush heads once every 3 months. The first day of the new season is a good way to remember ✌🏻.

Happy Easter! We hope your Easter is filled with more than just chocolate! Great ideas for gifting include arts and crafts, PJs and stationery! We are now closed and will re-open on Tuesday 7th April 2026. If you have a dental emergency, please give us a call and our answering machine message will advise you. Tooth tip (if you allow it) - let your child consume their Easter chocolate treats with a meal and limit the amount of times they are snacking on them! I.e 2 easter eggs at once with lunch is better than spread out throughout the day. Also rinse with water afterwards and brush and floss well that night!🐰🍫🪥.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 👻 🍭 Remember, Trick or Treat is all fun and games until it turns into multiple dental appointments to fix cavities from excessive sugar consumption! Save yourself (and your kids) the time, hassle and money of needing such appointments by following these tips: limit consumption and preferably have with a meal or rinse with water afterwards! A bit of dairy to neutralise the sugar afterwards is also a good idea and remember to brush and floss really well tonight with fluoride toothpaste! Lastly - get rid of the Halloween stash as soon as you can.. don’t let it stick around for weeks or months!
