🏃🏻 Congratulations to Dr Huy Thien Do on completing the Sydney Marathon! 🎉❤️

42km is no easy feat! Dr Huy Thien described the Sydney Marathon as a thrilling and wholesome experience, made even more memorable by the incredible support from friends, family and spectators along the way.

Running with a nagging injury made the challenge even tougher, but knowing his watch was buzzing every 5 minutes with notifications from friends and family tracking his progress and cheering him on helped him persevere when things got tough. 🥹

The spectators on the day were also incredible, offering plenty of encouragement and even water and lollies when he needed a little extra fuel! 🍬💧

Dr Huy Thien was absolutely stoked to cross that finish line, and came away having learnt so much about the sport, the experience, and perhaps most importantly, himself. ❤️

What an achievement! 👏🏻🏅

These are fitted and bleaching kits given along with instruction. Usually 2 weeks of daily bleaching sessions are enough to brighten and lighten teeth.

THIS OR THAT? 🧊☕️ vs 🥤

Which do you think is worse for your teeth, iced coffee or Coke Zero?

The answer might surprise you!

Coke Zero contains 0g of sugar, but it is still acidic. Frequent exposure to acidic drinks can contribute to enamel erosion over time.

Iced coffee can contain a surprising amount of added sugar, depending on what you choose. That added sugar can contribute to tooth decay, particularly when consumed frequently throughout the day.

So which one comes out on top? 🏆

👉 Coke Zero is generally the bigger concern for enamel erosion because of its acidity, while a sugary iced coffee is more concerning for tooth decay.

The biggest tip? Try not to sip acidic or sugary drinks over long periods of time. Give your teeth a break between meals and drinks and choose water whenever you can! 💧🦷
