The past two months have been busy and exciting for our team and colleagues 🤍

We’ve loved bringing our dental community together through our recent CPD evening & dinner hosted alongside our friends at followed by our in-house study club featuring a presentation from the wonderful Dr Laura Raguine. Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared ideas, and made these events such a success.

We’re looking forward to hosting many more educational evenings and collaborative events in the future 🦷

We are thrilled to welcome Dr Laura Raguine to the MI Endo team in February 2026. I've had the pleasure of knowing Laura for several years and am so excited for our patients and referring community to benefit from her warmth, professionalism and expertise.

Laura graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Sydney in 2015 and practised as a general dentist in Sydney for seven years before completing her Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Endodontics at the University of Melbourne.

She is committed to patient-centred care, with particular interests in dental trauma management and multidisciplinary treatment.

The team had a blast putting up our Christmas decorations and getting the practice ready for the festive season.

With the end of the year fast approaching, here are some tips to confidently manage endodontic emergencies.

1. Pulpotomy – pain relief in up to 96% of irreversible pulpitis cases
2. Total Occlusal Reduction – simple, fast, and highly effective
3. Incision & Drainage – relieve pressure from localised abscesses
4. Antibiotics – only when indicated (systemic signs, spreading infection, or paediatric cases)
