Working with Big smiles excites us at smiles on the coast. We tend to “Hide all the evidence”….
It’s very common that clips show on existing teeth to retain a denture, however, we take time to design our chrome work to show minimal clips and anything to throw off that you are wearing a dental prosthesis.
It was amazing working with this awesome patient, thank you so much

➡️ Saturday Session starts with our lovely patient's existing denture:
Before
❌ Midline out (Not in the middle of the face)
❌ Patient disliked colour teeth on existing denture
❌ Dentures too loose and flopping around in the mouth
After
✅ Corrected Midline
✅ The patient went for a natural look
✅ Denture has suction
✅ Making sure the patient is happy with the results and advised for further adjustments if needed 😀

Partial Dentures are not only used for aesthetic reasons, but they also prevent teeth from over eruption as well as teeth drifting.😬

The patient suffers from serious periodontal disease. We thought this case would be suitable for an upper acrylic partial denture. First-time denture wearer and he was over the moon! 😃 😍
